IMS Machining was founded under the name of Nodland Maskinering in Arendal in 2002.
The company moved to a modern production facility in Akland, Risør at the start of 2009, changing its name to IMS Machining. The company’s machines are suitable for both unmanned operations and job production involving larger components.
IMS Machining mostly supplies the Norwegian industrial sector, but it also has some overseas customers. We produce components made of a range of materials, including steel, brass, acid-resistant steel, aluminium and plastic.Our turning centres are suitable for production runs of 1-10 000 units. Our modern machines, skilled employees and good subcontractors make us a reliable and versatile supplier.
